As a Senior Learning Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of arenaflex's people by developing dashboards, presentations, analytics, and business insights for arenaflex University (arenaflex's Internal Training Department). You'll use advanced tools and techniques to combine data from various sources to provide insights for key stakeholders and measure the impact and effectiveness of our training programs. As a self-starter who's data-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic environments, you'll convert business needs into actionable data.

This role is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, which requires employees to work onsite on our Corporate Campus for a minimum of 3 days a week. The Department designates the specific 3 days of the week employees should work on-site.
**Responsibilities**
* Applies expertise and customer needs assessment to create the right solution to satisfy the need
* Analyze and mitigate risks associated with equipment and projects
* Applies advanced expertise in data cleaning strategies and tools, including Alteryx, data visualization tools, such as Tableau, and other data analytics tools, to create insights to help data and visualization requests
* Applies advanced expertise in SQL, Python, or other reporting languages or tools, to create and maintain advanced solutions for reporting training data
* Support escalated and complex data troubleshooting for Business Customers
* Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings
* Partner with Senior Leaders to gain knowledge insights and measurements to convert business needs into actionable data presentation requirements
* Identifies strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems
* Understands and can estimate the effort and cost of a solution
* Works with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share expertise of tools and strategies
* May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
* Ability to apply advanced tools to quickly understand and accurately define complex problems to systematically analyze and weigh options to advocate solutions
* Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage time effectively
* Ability to prioritize tasks to meet departmental targets and goals
* Be a self-starter and able to work with a minimal amount of supervision to perform assignments and projects
* Understanding of Company policies (e.g.: Appearance and Attendance) and expectations of arenaflex Culture
* Ability to work effectively independently or in a strong customer service and/or team environment
* Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as required
* Ability to work under tight time constraints and at times, in stressful conditions
* Ability to design and conduct analyses, as well as synthesize recommendations
* Ability to develop, present, and effectively communicate techniques and ideas to various audiences
**Education**
* Required: High School Diploma or GED
**Experience**
* Advanced level experience, fully functioning extensive expertise in:
+ Acquiring data using various tools, including: SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets.
+ Visualization and presentation experience
* Preferred: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic)
* Preferred: Working experience in Air Operations training and Advance Qualification Program (AQP)
