**Job Summary**
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Transportation Examination Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate through billions of data points to make informed decisions quickly. You will work with activities and stakeholders to provide them with the insights they need, leveraging your technical skills and business acumen to drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities**
* Work with large, complex, and diverse datasets to conduct impromptu analyses and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions
* Design and develop ETLs or processes that extract data from various sources and consolidate it into a single table
* Create data visualizations to monitor and measure the impact of changes and unique business challenges
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on an as-needed basis to establish credibility and investigate partner needs
* Develop and maintain data pipelines using programming languages such as Python to automate tasks and generate reports
* Archive your processes and share your knowledge with colleagues, guiding them as you become a subject matter expert
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
* Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to manage data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity
* Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Knime, Alteryx, R, or Tableau
* Familiarity with online business operations or logistics experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
**Preferred Qualifications**
* High-level experience in SQL and data visualization
* Experience with Python or other programming languages
