**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and implement data analysis solutions that drive business growth and improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven insights
* Develop and maintain complex data models, including data visualization and reporting
* Use data perception tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
* Apply statistical techniques, including t-tests, chi-square, ANOVA, regression, and factor analysis, to understand customer behavior and preferences
* Communicate results to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in an industry or organization with a strong focus on data analysis and business intelligence
* Strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, and data visualization
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, and Plotly
