**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Spanish and English
* Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers
* Ensuring customers have the best possible listening experience on our music streaming platform
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues
* Providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique experience for each individual customer
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
* Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

**Workspace Requirements**
To ensure you have a seamless experience, you will need:
* A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or above
* A working webcam and willingness to use it during orientation/as needed by project
* Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBPS or greater
* 8 GB RAM or better
* Dual monitors highly recommended
**Orientation and Production Hours**
Our orientation and production hours are designed to ensure you have a smooth transition into our team. You will be required to work:
* 40 hours per week during the 8-week orientation period
* 25 hours per week during production hours
* 8 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday (as needed)
**Project Commitments**
You will be required to commit to:
* 180 days (as needed by arenaflex)
**Who We Are Looking For**
We're looking for individuals who:
* Have a strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer
* Truly enjoy providing exceptional customer support and can quickly identify all/any issues the customer may have
* Have provided customer support via inbound messaging in the past
* Have provided web messaging support to 3-5 customers at the same time
* Are professional/business level proficient in Spanish and English
