**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring clients get the most out of our AI and cloud-based solutions

* Collaborate with our Business, Product, and Design teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
* Develop and execute customer success plans, setting goals, identifying challenges, and tracking progress

* Work closely with our Outreach team to ensure seamless handoffs between pre- and post-sales
* Identify areas for improvement in our products and services, and contribute to the development of new features and solutions
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role, working with complex, global clients
* Strong history of delivering and scaling exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with executives and leaders
* Proactive approach to identifying trouble spots in our products and services
* Unassuming demeanor, enthusiasm for helping others, and a willingness to learn and grow
