**Job Summary**
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through inbound calls, chats, and emails. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling a high volume of interactions and consistently exceeding customer satisfaction targets. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle a high volume of customer interactions (50-60 calls per shift) in a quick-paced, highly organized environment
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
* Expertly connect with customers, listening actively and empathetically to understand their concerns and needs
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, often in a first-contact resolution approach
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently
* Familiarity with Windows operating systems or similar
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal downtime
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
