We're currently looking for a self-motivated, flexible, team player to join our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team as a work-from-home CSR (Customer Service Representative). As a CSR, your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a call center job! We're an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot.

**Essential Functions**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
* Working independently, taking initiative, and working with little supervision
* Maintaining regular and timely attendance
* Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
* Ability to manage individual stress/composure
* Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High School Diploma
* Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
* Able to Pass a Background Check
* Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience
* 2 Years of Customer Service Experience

**Pay and Benefits**
During training, you'll earn $18.00 per hour. After completing training, you'll earn $21.00 per hour.
