Our commitment to customer satisfaction, quality, and innovation has earned us a reputation as a leader in the industry. **Job Highlights** * Competitive salary * Immediate openings available * Remote work opportunity * Opportunity to work with a dynamic team * Comprehensive benefits package * Professional development and growth opportunities **Job Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth * Processing payments, direct debits, and budget transfers for American Airlines Credit Union * Coordinating with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to ensure seamless transactions * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from customers for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws * Depositing check returns, reviewing member back checks on draft changes, processing member checks, affirming customers for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, overseas collections, and legal fees **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * High school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills * Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and customers * Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer/member service experience * Previous banking or Credit Union experience * Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need: * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
