About the Role
As a seasoned Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for owning the customer onboarding and migration experience, ensuring seamless project execution, and delivering exceptional results. Your expertise in travel industry project management, customer relationship building, and team leadership will be invaluable in driving partnership success and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the customer onboarding and migration experience, collaborating with internal stakeholders, teams, and third-party vendors as needed.
- Focus on customer-centric implementation of regional and global projects, utilizing project documents and following the SID implementation process.
- Ensure project handover and readiness assessments with Solutions Design teams are completed, documenting risks, actions, and follow-up items.
- Design the work breakdown structure and resource allocation for projects, defining roles and responsibilities internally and externally.
- Verify that all client requirements are understood and documented for onward teams to action.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring scope and approach are understood and aligned with all stakeholders.
- Create a positive and collaborative environment internally and externally to drive partnership and project success.
- Manage project performance, communicating project status, milestones, changes, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies.
- Ensure E2E testing is completed, documented, and corrected successfully, on time and to a high quality.
- Determine project call structure and manage stakeholder calls.
- Attend and contribute to team calls, sharing experiences, ideas for process improvements, and supporting others as needed.

Essential Qualifications:
- Travel industry experience (candidates with relevant experience will be considered).
- A passion for working directly with customers and strong relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of blithequark and corporate travel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix environment, managing across multiple geographies, functions, and time zones.
- A positive, "can-do" attitude and ability to motivate a project team.
- Excellent relationship-building, influencing, negotiating, communication, and presentation skills.
- Business English proficiency (multi-lingual capability advantageous).

- Experience collaborating across multiple functional groups and with operational SMEs.
- Strong active listening and facilitating skills.

Compensation and Benefits
The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for:
- Annual Incentive Award plan, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance.
- Metric-driven Sales Incentive Plans (certain sales roles only).
- Awards under the company Equity Incentive Plan, designed to align participants' interests with those of shareholders.
