Job Summary
We're looking for a bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our Roadrunner Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in building a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of powersports loans. Key Responsibilities
- Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Process phone payments and resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan.
- Conduct outbound customer interview calls to gather information and provide solutions.
- Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channels, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities, maintaining a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to master the use of our web-based system of record (LoanPro), with training provided.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with excellent "people" skills and a customer service attitude.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, with fluent Spanish language skills highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Collection experience a plus, with a strong understanding of collections and servicing activities.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
