Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers and operational teams to migrate development codes to various environments within the CC&B application
- Analyze codes, design, develop, modify, debug, and evaluate business applications/programs within the IT Meter to Cash Customer Billing framework
- Ensure seamless integration of codes with existing systems and applications
- Develop and implement code changes to enhance the end-user experience
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the CC&B system
Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL, Excel, Word, Microsoft Access, XML, and HTML
- Strong business/technical analytical and organizational skills
- Basic level of interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a dynamic team environment
- Strong Relational Database experience for configuration and migration
- Working knowledge of CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) application
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with JavaScript and other programming languages
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Previous experience working with utilities or energy companies
