Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Cloud Operations and Advancement Program Manager - Business Operations to join our team. As a critical member of our CO+I team, you'll play a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and primary technologies for Microsoft's cloud services. Key Responsibilities
- Financial Controllership: Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise related to financial controllership (accuracy, determining, and compliance) of datacenter financials.
- Site Contracts Management: Manage the financial and business aspects of site contracts, including related PO and receipt reviews.
- Quarterly Spend Management: Prepare quarterly spend management survey materials at datacenter sites.
- Datacenter Support and Fix Exercises: Assist with the follow-up of datacenter Support and Fix exercises.
- Cost Savings Opportunities: Assess cost savings opportunities and execute vital tasks to achieve savings.
- Best Practices Adoption: Influence local informed authorities' ancestral information, spread reception of best practices.
- Operational Excellence: Follow up on valuable opportunities to increase efficiency, and contribute to workstreams to develop cycles, services, and solutions for Operations and Administration Level Arrangements for CO+I.
- Business Success: Coordinate intimately with datacenter field operations to cultivate arrangement and organizations for business achievement.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Secondary School Confirmation or same AND 1+ year(s) industry experience OR 2+ years industry experience and school coursework
- Ability to meet Microsoft, client, and government security screening requirements, including but not limited to the following specific security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Record verification: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud personal investigation upon hire/move and every 2 years from that point.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- 2+ years experience in Critical Environment foundations (Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Generator, Air Handling Unit (AHU)) or working in actual IT systems or working in actual IT foundations (e.g., Servers, Networking, Power, Data Center Rack/Enclosures, organized cabling).
- Specialized Higher education in Software engineering, Math, Communications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Appropriate certifications: Stock Control, CompTIA, Microsoft, Organization Certificates, Project Management Professional, Data Innovation Framework Library, Certified Data Center Professional.
- Experience with critical environment support and fix cost management.
- Experience with industry program and project management skills.
- Experience working with collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams).
- Experience with reporting and data analysis frameworks and platforms (e.g., PowerBI).

- Adaptability and Flexibility: Continuously examine the environment to assist with expecting changes that could influence key programs and projects. Actually change plans, objectives, activities or needs to answer evolving circumstances.
- Collaborative person: Capacity to both contribute strategically to this moderately new group and backing key choices once banter is finished.
