**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to join our AppleCare Support team. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for driving a group that investigates data and processes to gain insights that improve the performance of our global contact center support business. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities to drive productivity and enhance customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead a team of analysts to investigate data and processes, identifying opportunities to improve performance and drive business growth
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize business processes and improve customer experiences
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
* Communicate complex analytical findings to senior leaders and other stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling storytelling
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field
* Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field (desired)
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field
* Proven experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with Python programming language (desired)
* Familiarity with Apple's products and services (desired)

* Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems
