**Job Summary**
As a Finance Technology Enablement Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for driving the investigation and planning of critical finance and accounting (F&A) solutions. You'll work closely with finance partners to identify, analyze, and co-create innovative solutions that drive business growth and improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of financial systems, data analysis, and project management, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their functional and business needs, and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
* Work closely with internal partners to identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of financial cycles, planning philosophies, frameworks, reports, and analyses.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the FP&A and application development teams to facilitate change and drive innovation.
* Perform and support ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and project work on a case-by-case basis.
* Continuously improve existing processes and drive change management initiatives.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure alignment with arenaflex's business objectives.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; postgraduate education preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong focus on finance technology and innovation.
* Strong working knowledge of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
* Solid understanding of financial tools, data analytics, and data science.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience with OneStream/CPM tools, SQL, and Power BI is highly desirable.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong focus on finance technology and innovation.
* Certification in finance, accounting, or a related field (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA).
* Experience with cloud-based financial systems and data analytics platforms.
