We are seeking an experienced FBS Product Analyst to join our team in México, responsible for obtaining and evaluating data that supports customer retention initiatives. The successful candidate will analyze information using data and support the retention leader in creating monthly retention report outs. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading insurance company and contribute to the development of innovative products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience working in the insurance industry, preferably in a product development or customer retention role, is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with product strategy and roadmapping, market research, and project management would be an asset.
