Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced entry-level remote data entry specialist to join our team. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for resolving issues, correcting records, and ensuring the accuracy of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities

• Resolving issues and correcting records in our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records
• Dealing with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems from various regions within the company
• Discovering and resolving errors from multiple reports
• Reconciling eligibility among systems
• Monitoring and maintaining records
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve data management processes

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Experience in data analysis and record studies
• Healthcare industry experience
• Working expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
• Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in data entry or a related field
