**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to a wide array of information indexes used for data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions.
* Gain insight into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from various sources.
* Create arrangements from initial concept to production, and communicate results to a diverse range of audiences.
* Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the board, through understanding of the business strategy and the data available for analysis.
* Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, constrained modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation.
* Guide less senior staff, work in cross-functional projects, and regularly present to the board.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Four-year degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics.
* Five (3) years work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis.
* Proficient in analysis software and applications.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
**Desirable Qualifications:**
* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry.
* Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis.
