As a Financial Customer Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering questions about their 401k account balances, and assisting with withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance. **Hybrid Working Model**
arenaflex's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and culture, but we also value the benefits that working offsite offers our associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
