About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Be a trusted advisor to our top clients, helping them understand and incorporate AI accelerators into their universal cloud strategy by recommending migration paths, integration techniques, and application architectures that incorporate blithequark Cloud AI optimized infrastructure.
- Demonstrate how blithequark Cloud is differentiated, highlighting the strength of accelerators by working with clients on proof-of-concepts, demonstrating features, optimizing model performance, profiling, and benchmarking.
- Build repeatable assets to enable other clients and internal teams, ensuring that our solutions are scalable and effective.
- Influence blithequark Cloud strategy at the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML by advocating for corporate client requirements, ensuring that our products and services meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Travel to customer sites and events as needed, providing on-site support and expertise to our clients.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer technology, mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with a deep understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
- Experience in building and operationalizing machine learning models, with a strong foundation in AI and ML principles.
- Experience in delivering technical presentations while leading detailed discovery and planning sessions that are aligned with the customer, with defined scope and success criteria.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in training and fine-tuning large models (e.g., image, language, segmentation, recommendation, genomics) with accelerators, with a strong understanding of MLPerf benchmarks and performance profiling tools (e.g., Tensorflow profiler, PyTorch profiler, Tensorboard).
- Experience in distributed training and optimizing performance versus costs, with a focus on designing and architecting large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases.
- Ability to interact with C-level or senior business leaders and influence decisions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
