We are seeking high-performing individuals to join our team in a fully remote capacity, working from anywhere in the U.S. As an EAP Worklife Customer Support Associate, you will be the front-door to Mental Health Wellbeing for our members, providing an integrated experience across the breadth of our products to ensure every member and their families receive the right support for their unique mental wellbeing needs. This role operates on a Sunday to Thursday schedule from 1:30pm-10:00pm EST, with the expectation of holiday work and potential schedule adjustments based on business needs.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with members and provide personalized support. You should be proactive, able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in using technology, including internal databases and software applications, to efficiently manage member information and resources.

The typical pay range for this role is $18.50 - $31.72 per hour.
