- Proactively reach out to providers to request return of fully completed or required but missing clinical documentation, necessary to process an order according to department/insurance payor's guidelines, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
- Share your knowledge of DME products with customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure informed decision-making and exceptional patient care.
- Advise patients and referral sources of insurance coverage, out-of-pocket expenses, and any additional costs associated with processing an order, ensuring transparency and clarity in all communications.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, referral sources, and business partners, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
