We're seeking an experienced and skilled District Leader RX to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a District Leader RX, you'll play a critical role in cultivating a culture of clinical and business excellence in retail pharmacies across your market. With clinical and business oversight of up to 18 retail pharmacies and an average team headcount of 200 reports, you'll be responsible for driving patient safety and business success in your market.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve business goals. You'll also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders. Additionally, you'll need to be able to analyze business data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business growth.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $123,857.50 - $266,770.00, depending on experience and qualifications. You'll also be eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program, as well as an award target in the company's equity award program.
