About the Role: Director of Client Management - Virtual

We're seeking an experienced Director of Client Management to lead a team of Senior Client Managers in managing a portfolio of merchant relationships across Southern California. As a Director, you'll oversee a diverse range of clients across B2B and B2C companies, with a portfolio of approximately $5BN+ in American Express charge volume and 400+ merchant relationships. Your mission will be to grow American Express revenue by establishing mutually beneficial, profitable, and long-lasting relationships with merchant accounts. You'll lead a team of 5 Senior Client Managers, helping them to deepen and improve relationships with respected brands, drive incremental business, and deliver valuable insights and solutions to clients.
