Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis, with the flexibility to work remotely. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various Disney+, Hulu, dramatic titles, and select animation brand/evergreen content.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Post social content and write copy (in conjunction with the Subject Matter Expert) for various profiles across Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and Tik Tok, as well as emerging social platforms.
- Support the Trained Professional and Ranking Director in the development and management of social post schedules for each digital platform and across multiple titles and content.
- Initiate select project creative, including GIFs (with Tenor and Giphy), custom stickers, custom emoticons, Instagram Effects, Motion Sheets, and achievement CRMs.
- Provide creative feedback to select global markets' digital campaigns, as directed by the Chief.
- Assist with select influencer programs, including experiential event invites, early access to key digital programs, and more.
- Provide research expectations (records, doc completion) to the media team while in-window for dynamic titles.
- Captures and posts select live-event content as defined by the Chief for trips, debuts, and more.
- Manages weekly cross-office campaign tracker in Riley with Digital-specific updates and key data.
- Resource Management: Track and disseminate campaign resources for presentations and cross-promotion opportunities for collaboration partners.
- Track/aid content approvals for select action brand/evergreen content.
- Initiate resource management and deliveries for materials for global presentations and global content for the markets.
- Evergreen Social and Digital Administration: Attend weekly educational meetings with corresponding brand digital and share/update schedules with key content and expectations.
- Deliver resources to brand teams for support.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Relevant experience, including internships, in digital marketing or related fields.
- Experience creating and executing successful multi-platform digital marketing/media campaigns.
- Solid working knowledge of social media, digital ad inventory, and mobile behaviors/opportunities.
- Experience creating content with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Premiere, as well as popular content creation mobile applications (e.g., Cap Cut, In Shot).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative copywriting experience and visual design skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- Light travel and on-field level work at events, including debuts, screenings, and trips.
