**Responsibilities**
As a Digital Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing premium customer service to our clients through various digital channels, including:
* **Phone, Chat, Email, and Social Media Support**: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence.
* **Order Tracking, Returns, and Refunds**: You'll assist customers with tracking their orders, processing returns and refunds, and answering warranty questions in a professional and courteous manner.

**Requirements**
