In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex data analysis and modeling projects, developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and statistical models to drive business growth and improvement. As a key member of the arenaflex team, you will be responsible for building and optimizing machine learning models, working with large datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in an analytics or related field. You will also need to have experience with model building and optimization, machine learning and deep learning algorithms, predictive, statistical, and analytical modeling, and exploratory data analysis techniques and strategies.
In addition to the essential qualifications, preferred candidates will have experience with parametric and non-parametric distributions, model evaluation and validation, model fit, and testing, tuning, and validation strategies. You will also have experience with the impact of variables and functions on model performance, and with creating effective reporting and dashboards using data visualization tools. Experience with database technology, code improvement and testing, and coding languages such as SQL, Python, and Pandas is also preferred.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong technical skills, including experience with machine learning and deep learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools. You will also need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions, are also essential.
