Position Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately entering data from work orders and invoices into our system. This data is critical for auditing, billing, and reporting purposes, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. You will work independently to manage and prioritize tasks, perform audits, and collaborate with service providers to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into our system, meeting monthly deadlines and ensuring high levels of accuracy.

- Perform audits to identify duplicate or excessive charges, and collaborate with service providers to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Communicate with the Customer Service Management team to track and report cost savings, and participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, adhering to data protection policies and procedures.
- Continuously improve data entry processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What We're Looking For
To succeed as a Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will need:
- Excellent keyboarding skills with high accuracy and speed, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
