**The Role**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Inputting, verifying, and managing various data sets to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Creating and maintaining effective data management systems and processes
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
* Analyzing data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
* Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead computerized activities client administration, supporting sales reps and related clients through all stages of the mission lifecycle
* Develop effective media designs that drive revenue growth
* Allocate group responsibility while contributing to and aiding the effort of executives
* Perform all undertakings connected with campaign management, including stock gauging, media plan creation, request section, dealing, streamlining, detailing, and invoicing
* Ensure the Record Administrator is fully prepared on campaign execution and ready to address every related question
* Serve as the central point of contact for any escalations on complex issues or inquiries regarding stock, promotion items, or missions
* Assist Deals, Money, and Bookkeeping in income tracking
* Investigate and determine promotion delivery, advertisement quality, and technical issues, liaising with worldwide Promotion Stages support
* Test potential promotion tech merchant reconciliations and provide input on agreement discussions
* Ideate, execute, audit, and advance functional cycles that drive quality and efficiency
* Dissect usage and execution of computerized stock to foster systems and items that boost income yield
* Make due, tutor, and foster ability, including preparing future recruits
* Make and update internal documentation to explain cycles and best practices
* Work together with regional groups and serve as a neighborhood focus of greatness for different workplaces across EMEA
* Keep areas of strength for TWDC's promotion tech stack and system, and follow industry improvements
**The Experience We Expect From You:**
* Graduate level or comparable experience
* 3+ years of general involvement in the advertising area, either distributor/office side or in promotion tech
* Group management's insight
* Master in characterizing and advancing cycles
* Profoundly able in determining, arranging, dealing, and overseeing promotion lobbies for show and video across sites, applications, social stages, and associated television conditions
* Shown capacity in enacting efforts, creating precise and applicable experiences, and enhancing execution
* Solid comprehension of automatic promoting, advances that power it, and key sellers in the space
* Acquainted with general information security and protection prerequisites connected with advanced publicizing
