**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing production services to client operations by performing administrative tasks such as data-entry, document processing, and scanning. You'll receive documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for accurate processing, process documents by following internal processes, and identify any gaps in required information. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will make a positive difference in the organization you support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide production services to client operations by performing administrative tasks such as data-entry, document processing, and scanning
* Receive documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for accurate processing
* Process documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information
* Identify documents and their purpose to create a database of information
* Provide great customer service
**General Profile:**
* Ability to perform analytical and operational processes
* Entry-level position with limited requirements for licenses, training, and certifications
* Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work
* Works within established procedures and practices
* Works with a close degree of supervision
**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
* Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
* Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
* Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
* Great attention to detail
* Organized and able to multi-task while adapting to changing priorities
