**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately keying applications into the arenaflex database. This will involve:
* Keying paper applications into the database with high accuracy and speed
* Maintaining acceptable keying speed and accuracy
* Assisting the deposit room with entering in checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
* Assisting with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members
* Working with management to address and suggest systematic opportunities and issues
**Education and Work Experience**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma, with a college degree preferred
* 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field
**Knowledge and Skills**
To perform the job successfully, you'll need to demonstrate the following competencies:
* The ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
