**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Resolving issues and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions
* Reconciling eligibility among systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
* Monitoring and tracking records, identifying trends and areas for improvement
* Providing exceptional support to various teams, including data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct thorough data analysis to identify discrepancies and errors in our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records
* Resolve issues and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions
