Job Overview and Responsibilities

In this remote, full-time position, you will be responsible for efficiently inputting a variety of data into our user interface, including board orders, meeting minutes, press releases, and more. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently with limited oversight will be essential in meeting quality and efficiency benchmarks. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing documents to find relevant data to add into our FACIS database
• Conducting additional research as necessary about the source, including contacting the data authority for guidance on how to interpret documents
• Communicating clearly with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation
• Articulating data transformation processes and taking on additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks when necessary
• Working self-motivated with limited oversight and using provided resources to answer questions before seeking assistance
• Completing items within the Data Entry queue and meeting quality and efficiency benchmarks

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Willingness and ability to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects
• Ability to work as part of a team to provide on-time results
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office products
• Strong critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail

Preferred qualifications include:

• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience in data entry and comparison
