**About arenaflex**
arenaflex Same Day is a global express transportation company that's part of arenaflex Worldwide Logistics. We're looking for a results-driven individual to join our team in Real, VA, and help us optimize our Evaluating system.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Work closely with our outreach team to support the RFP process
* Create and execute pricing structures for planned arenaflex Same Day clients
* Align with internal organization tasks and procurement to answer custom arrangements in a timely manner
* Investigate shipment volume and revenue to determine the effectiveness and profitability of pricing structures
* Develop innovative solutions to meet client needs and drive high margins
* Assist in setting overall rates and rules for sales to use in setting rates for individual clients
* Understand aircraft costing tables and be able to challenge or question when necessary
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide comprehensive solutions
* Maintain and design tools to support overall estimating efforts
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Passion for delivering customized solutions that drive client engagement and high margins
* Related experience in transportation/logistics or calculated tasks or related experience working in an information/financial analysis role supporting pricing proposals and rate structures
* Advanced MS Excel skills
* Ability to work closely with all levels of an organization
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Organized, analytical, focused, and deadline-driven
* Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
* Ability to perform multiple tasks and respond to impromptu pricing demands
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a data entry or financial analysis role
* Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry trends and developments
* Familiarity with pricing structures and rate negotiations
* Experience working with aircraft costing tables and pricing software
