As a remote employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. **Job Summary** As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for processing trade deals, reconciling transactions, and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents. You'll also be involved in processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity. Additionally, you may be required to perform analysis of complex/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications. **Key Responsibilities** * Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and determine/address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and the fund companies or transfer agents * Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity * Perform analysis of complex/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications * Review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding * Address internal/external system improvements or concerns, root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc. * Provide method or innovation service alternatives to Management * Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm * Client or Company Companion Service: answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility * Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues * Prompt and correct finalization of client investing and dividend demands **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field * Experience working in the financial industry or with Alternate Investments * Knowledge of regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) * Experience with trade deal processing, reconciliation, and corporate activity activities * Familiarity with tax coding and corrections * Experience with system improvements or concerns, root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software a plus **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
