**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for entering claims in compliance with established procedures, meeting production and quality standards, and identifying and resolving eligibility edits. You will work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes, while contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Enter claims in compliance with established procedures and meet production and quality standards
* Identify and resolve eligibility edits, and refer all other edits to claims examiners
* Work with multiple monitors and have experience with Windows platform and AS400 (MS DOS) system
* Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to manage data and communicate with team members
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to calls and emails throughout the workday
* Meet daily metrics and adapt to daily/weekly changes in a production work environment
* Prioritize work assigned and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
* Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry processes
**Qualifications**
* Experience with inputting data into data management systems
* Experience with working with Windows platform and AS400 (MS DOS) system
* Medium skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Comfortable working with multiple monitors and provider data demographics
* Familiarity with insurance products such as medical or dental
* Experience in a production work environment with daily metrics
* Flexible attitude to adapt to daily/weekly changes
* Reliable and able to self-manage while working remotely
* Great attention to detail for accuracy of data entered
