Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, adhering to state, federal, and company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences by engaging with customers, resolving issues, and answering inquiries.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team members to ensure a unique and delightful customer experience.
• Develop strong relationships with key customers and contribute to the growth of our business.
• Perform duties assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager, including data entry, processing prescriptions, and managing inventory.
• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing prescriptions and handling cash transactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Previous work experience with blithequark.
• Desirable math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medicines.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory management.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification.
