Job Overview: Data Entry Professional
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Professional to join our U.S. Customer Services Group, which is responsible for our suite of customer products, services, and reviews in the U.S. As a Data Entry Professional, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer services team and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive vision and development of new products, capabilities, and competencies based on an intimate understanding of customer, business, and technology needs.
- Participate in concept development and end-to-end customer experience design, integrating customer research, usability research, and market analysis into actionable product requirements.
- Lead customer-wide strategic initiatives to drive business results, enhance customer experiences, and increase agility in product development.
- Drive products through development, testing, and launch, advocating for the best outcomes.
- Write and prioritize features for new products and product upgrades, balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal partners, including web, mobile, technology, risk, legal, and compliance teams to define and pivot product needs.
- Monitor product data and customer feedback post-launch, conducting A/B testing and check & learn initiatives in partnership with digital platform teams to refine features and enhance customer engagement.
- Partner closely with technology teams and oversee end-to-end delivery.
Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product development or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong end-customer awareness and understanding of customer empathy.
- Experience working with partners to ideate and define business capabilities, prioritizing features based on business/customer value and feasibility.
- Ability to manage technical, regulatory, and communication complexity in large multi-workstream projects.
- Proven strategic thought leadership to develop and iterate the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring global reusability.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple project priorities and drive flawless execution in a fast-changing, highly matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence partners and senior leaders.
- Previous experience in an Agile or Scaled Agile product development environment.
