Key Responsibilities
As a data entry clerk with NextRecruiting, you will be responsible for:
- Performing data entry tasks with or without reasonable accommodation
- Assisting in developing a positive professional and safe work environment
- Performing all other duties as appointed
- Assisting in developing and implementing company policies and procedures
- Providing excellent verbal and written communication skills to clients and candidates
- Working both independently and within a team environment
- Staying organized, giving attention to detail, and following guidelines and multitasking in a professional and efficient way
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to arrange simultaneous tasks. The ideal candidate will have:
- No experience is required, as we are willing to train the right candidate
- The ability to work within recognized turnaround times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to translate and use company policies and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a professional and efficient way
- The ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Previous experience in data entry or a related field
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with multiple software applications
Compensation and Benefits
