**Basic Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree required or GED with 1 year of experience in data collection, technical support, project management, data processing, system learning, or related field
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
* Experience working in a company's environment
* Familiarity with system learning data processing needs and trade-offs
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working with prototype assets
* Experience in research or data collection
* Experience with scripting languages and Unix/Linux environment
* Experience using MS Office, Excel, Mac OS, Confluence, JIRA, and Wiki tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
