**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content Group. As a Data Analyst, you'll apply advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions, identify new opportunities, and optimize our content portfolio. **Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and new content opportunities
* Forecast content performance to inform procurement decisions and optimize content strategy
* Streamline our content release and episode discharge process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and drive business growth
* Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business success
* Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
* Experience with machine learning methods, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
