This position is part of the Compliance Group within the People/HR Division at blithequark, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by researching and communicating requirements. As a Data Analyst, you'll be the backbone of our compliance efforts, ensuring that our operations are aligned with the latest regulations and standards.
To excel in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree and a strong foundation in data analysis and compliance. Previous experience in a related field is highly valued, as is knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database.
