The blithequark Media Network is seeking an experienced and passionate Data Analyst 2 to join its Customer Insights and Analytics team. - Providing high-quality data visualizations to support essential aspects of the Media Network, presented through automated dashboards and ad-hoc reports.
- Supporting weekly and campaign reporting requests to drive deep and robust post-campaign insights.
- Flexing into advanced analytics such as incrementality testing, cohort analysis, and closed-loop measurement.
- Partnering with key stakeholders, notably Sales & Account Managers, to identify problems and collaboratively propose solutions.
- Working together with fellow analysts to review code and share knowledge, fostering ongoing growth and learning to enhance the team's overall impact.
- Balancing competing priorities to focus on the most impactful work, while navigating ambiguity to deliver value.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Strong storytelling skills and a passion for data visualization.
- 2-5 years of experience analyzing complex media data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations.
- 2-5 years of experience developing and deploying production-level SQL queries.
- 2-5 years of experience with advanced BI visualization tools (Looker or Tableau preferred).
- Ability to think strategically, seeking to expand understanding of the business domain, processes, data sources, and relevant key metrics.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related quantitative analytics discipline is preferred.
- Direct experience working with the business in marketing & the retail industry is strongly preferred.
