We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Representative to provide top-notch technical support to our customers via email, SMS, and calls. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space. Your work hours will be 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
