We are looking for two talented individuals to fill the role of customer support representative, working remotely and collaboratively as a team to provide 7-day coverage. The ideal candidates will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with customers, and a strong capacity for independent work. As a remote team member, you will be expected to work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless handling of listings and support tickets. Your schedule will be flexible, with the expectation of working 3-4 days a week, including rotating weekends, with a default schedule of 24-30 hours per week.
