Job Overview
This is a remote, full-time position (40 hours a week) that offers a unique blend of weekday and weekend shifts. As a customer support representative, you'll be working Thursday to Monday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST, with a 1-hour unpaid break. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a diverse range of inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

- Adapt to varying call volumes between weekdays and weekends, maintaining consistent service standards

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a service-oriented industry or fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear and empathetic customer interactions
- Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, with a positive attitude
