Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver concierge-style support to our customers, providing thoughtful, well-written messages that reflect the Blithequark brand and values
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through various channels, including email, chat, and external phone calls
- Provide feedback on recurring trends, questions, and suggestions for improving the overall customer experience
- Troubleshoot technical issues, offer solutions, and assist with tracking orders
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless customer experiences and continuous improvement of our products and services
Essential Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; one (1) year of work experience in customer service, preferably in a startup or technology environment
- Previous experience working with digital platforms, SaaS, and customer support software (e.g., Salesforce)
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and customer-centric messages
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality support and resolving customer issues efficiently
- Proactive and positive approach to problem-solving, with a bias to action and a clear understanding of urgency
- Adaptable and confident in picking up new software and technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional Experience and Skills:
- Experience with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other similar CS platforms/tools
- Previous experience working in a high-volume customer support environment

- Competitive annual salary range: $41,082 - $61,622, depending on experience and location
