What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences. If you have:
- 6+ months of related experience in customer support, retail, or queue-based roles, and a High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with prior experience evaluating and resolving customer inquiries successfully
- Strong curiosity and persistence while researching and troubleshooting problems to find answers to customer questions
- A hungry learner mentality, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing product
- Self-starter skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities and a solution-focused mindset
- Superb attention to detail, with extensive experience multitasking and managing work independently while still functioning as a supportive team player
- Prior experience or interest in the construction industry is a plus, but not required
