What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1+ year(s) of experience in customer service
* Prior experience in a contact center, preferably for a technology product or service
* Basic technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new software, devices, and systems
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to actively listen
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately
* An enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer
