**Essential Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted, with the capability to lift more with or without assistance
* Full-time and part-time employment status, with a commitment to working a minimum of 25 hours per week
* Ability to engage in job duties that may require extended periods of standing, sitting, or other physical activities
* Fundamental prerequisite of using a computer, with proficiency in data-related assignments such as data inputting, modifying, accessing, and outputting
* Gained six-months' worth of expertise using widely-used retail technology equipment such as smartphones and tablets
* Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration, as required by the field
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
* Six months of experience in the retail sector, with a focus on home improvement or hardware retailers
* Completed a 6-month period working in any department at a arenaflex retail store
* Experience in retail merchandising, including Zone Recovery, stocking, down stocking, facing/fronting product, pricing, maintaining signage, and housekeeping
* Proficiency in inspecting, relocating, loading, and discharging materials or goods from transportation modes
