We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent to join our team on a remote basis, working 40 hours a week as a contractor. This role is designed to provide 24/7 customer support to our clients, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. The night shift schedule is from 15:30-24:00 CET, Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, with a margin of +/- one hour to accommodate your schedule.
